Which information is collected on the website?

  • Weekly Special Newsletter Sign-Up: Customers who enter their e-mail address into the form are signed up for the Sunfresh Produce Weekly Specials newsletter. This email address needs to be verified by way of a confirmation e-mail, which the visitor will receive immediately after subscribing. Sunfresh will only use the subscriber's email address to send him/her newsletters and promotional offers. The e-mail address will not be sold, rented, or given to any third party. Subscribers are allowed to unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the newsletter.
  • Contact Form:┬áCustomers are required to provide their name, email address, and phone number. Customers can also elect to receive a copy of their message via e-mail. Sunfresh Produce will only use this contact information for internal purposes and, in addition to responding to the customer's message, may send this customer newsletters or promotional material to the e-mail address provided. Sunfresh Produce will not sell, rent or give the customer's information to any third party.
